Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Delivery
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on any local order with a net purchase amount of HK$800 or above. These orders will be sent with shipping fees prepaid by us.
  • Orders Under HK$800: For orders under HK$800, shipping fees will be paid by the customer upon delivery (Freight Collect) directly to the courier.
2. Default Courier Service
  • SF Express: Unless specific shipping arrangements are requested by the customer before dispatch, all orders will be automatically shipped via SF Express.
  • Delivery Options: This default service includes delivery to SF Business Stations, SF Stores, SF Lockers, or your specified residential/commercial addresses.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Time
  • In-Stock Items: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Pre-order Items: Please allow 7 to14 business days for processing. These items will be shipped immediately once they arrive at our warehouse.
  • Non-Operational Days: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons or major promotional events.
4. Delivery Terms & Customer Responsibilities
  • Please ensure that your delivery address, recipient name, and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information. Any additional costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
  • Customers are advised to inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
